Services › Procurement & Delivery Support

Buy well, launch safely.

Most public sector technology is bought, not built. That makes the purchase the decision that matters most, and the launch the moment it pays off or doesn’t. I help with both.

Procurement strategy and vendor selection

How do we choose the right vendor, defensibly?

Talk to me about this →

Why it matters

Public procurement rightly demands fairness and a clear record, which adds work for teams that are already stretched. A selection that can’t be explained invites challenge, and a poor fit costs years.

What I do

I help you define what you need before looking at products and choose the right route: open competition, joint purchase, or upgrading what you have. Then I design a fair evaluation, run workshops and demos, and score vendors against your needs.

What you get

A defensible selection, with support through contract negotiation.

Contract and vendor terms review

How do we buy without getting locked in?

Why it matters

Standard contracts often miss who owns your data, how prices can rise, what happens when the product changes, and how you leave. Once signed, these gaps are hard to fix.

What I do

I review the terms before you sign and flag what to negotiate.

What you get

A contract checklist covering data, pricing, performance, audit and exit.

Implementation readiness and delivery oversight

How do we make sure the launch succeeds?

Why it matters

Implementation competes with daily operations for the same staff. Projects slip when people, data and decisions aren’t ready at the same time.

What I do

I check readiness before you start, then provide independent oversight of scope, risk, adoption and vendor delivery.

What you get

A readiness checklist, regular status reviews, and early warning when something slips.
