Why it matters
Technology competes with roads, housing, transit and public safety for the same budget and the same staff. When everything is urgent, important long-term work can get crowded out.
What I do
I start from your organization’s priorities and service commitments, look at the capacity you have, and sequence the work into phases your staff can deliver.
What you get
A three- to five-year roadmap tied to your budget cycle, with priorities, owners and resourcing, and a set point to revisit it.
Why it matters
AI now arrives from every direction: vendors, staff tools, and questions from Council and residents. With limited time to assess each one, it’s hard to know which deserve investment.

I set a vision and guiding principles, review readiness, and weigh AI like any other investment: value, cost, risk and readiness.

AI pays off where work is high-volume and repeatable. The biggest effort is often not the tool, but writing down how the work is done and getting the data ready, which takes time teams rarely have to spare.

I work with your departments and teams to find where staff time goes and where residents wait. I check what you already own, then score each idea on value, readiness, risk and the cost to keep it running.
