What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, organization, role, email address, phone number and message. Our website platform also collects basic usage data, such as pages visited and browser type, to help us understand how the site is used.

How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your needs and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing.

Where it is stored
Form submissions are sent to our business email and kept in our website account. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that country.

If you book a call, your name, email and booking answers are handled by Calendly, which stores data in the United States.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and usually no longer than two years unless we start working together.

Your choices
